Do you want to know how this all started?
I started my journey into the Nova Scotia wine world with a can of Nova7 - if you don’t know what Nova7 is, you’re on the right page, because I would love to bring you for a taste. I was in a transitional time where I knew I needed a career change, but wasn’t sure which direction to go. After having that can, I decided Nova Scotia wine was worth investing my time in.
I've always been a lover of Nova Scotia and all things local. I bring this excitement to every tour, by ensuring your coffee, snacks, food and wine are from reputable local sources.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve gone to wine school, learning about different winemaking techniques and how to grow vines. I’ve worked in vineyards and cellars across the province, done hundreds of hours of wine education, tasted hundreds more wines, sold wine, provided tours and tastings on a sailboat, and guided people through the vines. Because of these experiences, I know I'm best suited to guide you through the Annapolis Valley and find amazing wines for you!
In those 5 years, I learned that what I loved most of all, was talking to people about wine, and watching them experience some of the best wines this province has to offer.
I’m so excited to be on this journey of finding the best wines for you to experience here in Nova Scotia, while showing you some of the most amazing food and sites that you could find. I experience so much joy when I engage with people and wine.
I’m so grateful that you are looking to take a journey through the Nova Scotia wine world with me. I hope to see you in the vines soon!
